In addition, Lisa is a Certified Facilitator for Preventing Adolescent Pregnancy® through Girls Incorporated of New York City.

Crystal is a 4th generation Pilate’s instructor and has taught over 2000 hours of Mat Pilates since her certification in 2004. As a former dance major, Pilates seemed like a natural fit.

Ellen Goldman has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years, in  NYC and New Jersey. Her career has included exercise prescription and training, fitness consulting, group workshops and motivational speaking.  In 1992 she became a certified personal trainer and started her training business, adding coaching to her services in 2005. Ellen is a professionally certified wellness coach, and is a faculty member of Wellcoaches Corporation, which offers wellness coach training to health and fitness professionals. She is the founder and owner of EnerG coaching LLC, providing one-on-one wellness coaching, group coaching, personal training, professional mentor coaching, as well as lectures and seminars on all aspects of health and well-being. Ellen was a presenter at the 2007 IDEA Personal Training Institute. She holds a BS and Masters in Physical Education, and is certified by American College of Sports Medicine, Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, and Wellcoaches Corporation. Catherine D. Bridwell is in private practice in Morristown, NJ. She is a psychotherapist and counselor to families, couples, and individuals.
