Bath & Body Works has this line of Aromatherapy roll-on sticks. It’s the next best thing to having perfume on the go! I recently picked up the Crave Relief roll-on stick, which is meant to stave off hunger. All you do is roll it onto your wrists and then sniff this grapefruit and sweet fennel essential oil blend to calm cravings for sweets. It smells so fresh and comforting. An Amazing Night’s Rest
with Jersey Knit Sheets and

At the end of the day, after chasing a two-year-old, I want to crawl into bed, sink into my mattress, and drift off to dreamland. For a long time I wasn’t sleeping well, and I was on a mission to find something…anything that would help me sleep better. After dining out at a swanky, loungey restaurant near my house, I suddenly became completely turned on to the sexy electronic beats they were spinning. The music moved the restaurant from little Somerville, NJ straight into the coolest neighborhood in Manhattan. I enjoyed it so much that I scoured iTunes for similar music that I could play during dimly-lit dinners at home to transform my dining room into a swanky, sexy NYC lounge. I stumbled upon the album The Mating Game, by Bitter:Sweet.

You might even recognize the title track from a recent Korbel champagne commercial. This album is just dripping with sex appeal and seductive loops. I highly recommend it for a romantic night at home with your special someone.

Vinegar for Sunburn Relief 

My mom had told me once to relieve sunburn, put vinegar on it. I didn't believe her - I always thought it would make it worse, and make it sting like hell. Then, while I was on a training spring break with my track team in college, I got a serious sunburn on my hands because my sun block had expired. The pain was so intense, I would've put mayonnaise on the burn if someone had suggested it. My coach asked if there was anything he could do for me, and I finally succumbed to the vinegar. He went out to the grocery store and brought it back for me. I got out a paper towel (a hand towel would work well, too) and poured the vinegar onto it and let it soak up. Then I let the paper towel gently rest on my scorched skin. I was floored! It didn't sting at all. Not one bit! What it did was suck the heat right out of the sunburn. It was amazing. And the effect lasts; it's not short term.  Vinegar is also a lot cheaper than most sunburn relief creams.
