It’s that time of year again…Susan’s birthday! Every year since Susan turned 30, she has been raising money for charity instead of the traditional gift receiving.
Creating Healthy Smiles
I am stoked for this year’s birthday donation theme! This is my fourth year of raising money for charity instead of the traditional gift receiving. There are three words I use frequently–Smile to Inspire. I truly believe that practicing what these three words say will impact someone’s day in a positive way.
For my 30th birthday I raised enough money to grant over 30 wishes for children and families in need through OneSimpleWish.org and every year after that I’ve chosen a different organization to support.
This year it was extremely easy and obvious as to whom I want to support for my 33rd birthday. I discovered Enchanted Makeovers through two colleagues of mine, Jennifer Tuma Young and Vanessa Coppes. I instantly wanted to support this organization because Enchanted Makeovers is putting smiles on faces all over the world. They go into homeless shelters and redesign them into beautiful, whimsical, and inspiring rooms.
Identity has partnered with Shirtoffrback.com where we took my three words, “Smile to Inspire.” and designed an inspiring t-shirt. My birthday wish this year is to sell a minimum of 33 shirts for my 33rd birthday! Proceeds then go to Enchanted Makeovers!
It’s that simple.
Please help me reach my 33rd birthday goal! When you purchase a “Smile to Inspire.” t-shirt you’ll be raising money to help Enchanted Makeovers create smiles in shelters all over the world! After all, birthdays are meant to spent smiling!
Purchase your shirt and thank you for celebrating my 33rd birthday with me!
