This is for all of you ladies out there looking for a healthier snack with a crunchy bite!
What comes in three flavors, is long enough to hold multiple chips, and easy to dip? BeanStalks–a seriously crunchy snack with the number one ingredient being beans!
What I love about Mediterranean Snacks is that they explain to us “why beans?” I love when a brand can shoot straight and educate while holding the bag deciding whether to purchase or not.
Brand Identity – Highlights at a Glance:
o The packaging is so much fun, bold and engaging!
o The 3D look makes the product really exciting and easy to find.
o The overall design fits perfectly with all of their snacks and branding.
o They have fun visuals on their website and it’s easy to find information about their products.
Pros:
o The number one ingredient is BEANS! Hello healthier snack! BeanStalks are made from Cannellini Beans, Green Peas, and Pinto Beans–delicious!
o I don’t feel as guilty snacking on these chips.
o They go great with hummus and easy to dip.
o Super to easy to grab and hold a few in your hands. They aren’t messy, which I love.
o They have 4 grams of protein in one serving. Even better, you can have 24 stalks per serving–um, that’s a lot to fill you up.
Cons:
For me the Sea Salt on its own was a little too salty, but when mixed with the party mix, (all three flavors in one bowl) they were perfect! The Cheddar was my least favorite because I’m not a huge fan of cheddar.
These are really the only two cons I can think. To be frank, I don’t even consider them a con because it’s more of a personal preference, right?
Our Opinion:
I had a party and decided to mix the 3 flavors in one bowl. I was blown away by the response my guests had. They loved the party mix idea and they loved the BeanStalks. The kids, ages 6-12 were devouring them and the adults were also loving them, so a win-win all around.
Out of a rating scale from 1 to 5, and 5 being the best, we give the BeanStalks an overall 4.75
