How Will You Say Goodbye to 2017?

Many of us are either recovering from last night or all of 2017, planning our goals for 2018, or both. How will you say goodbye to 2017 with our “Get All A’s ” questions?

As I write this message, It’s Monday and NEW YEAR’S DAY – Could be viewed as the ROUGHEST Monday, with NYE, right?

Many of us are either recovering from last night, planning our goals for 2018, or both.  

I’m doing both. 🙂

I’m super proud I got my first 2018 workout in with JOY.   Yes, crazy, WITH JOY!   It’s because I no longer look at fitness as a chore or a “I have to do it” activity.   I ENJOY spending that time on my mind, body and soul and this has been one of the BIGGEST successes for me in 2017.

Today’s workout was a TRIPLE AAA: Arms, Abs, and A$$  !  

It was very fitting, because as I was working out, I was thinking of our “Get All A’s” message ::  Discovering Self-Acceptance, Appreciation, and Personal Achievement…. (AAA).

So now that 2017 is behind us, here are my answers to my A’s in recap.

1. What have I’ve accepted within my life, physically and/or mentally?  Additionally, what am I  still working on accepting? Now, we’re not talking about resignation, rather stepping into, embraced, and owned.

I’ve learned to accept my joy, happiness, passions, wants and needs as mine.   With no fear, no care of judgement.   I will create my magic with my husband of course.   I continue to accept that my path will never be the same as anybody else.   My mind, body, and soul will dance to its own rhythm.   I’m still working on accepting more laughter into my life. I tend to work hard, and make it a daily goal to remember to laugh.. silly right? It’s truth.

2. What have I’ve learned to appreciate about myself and/or within my life, physically and mentally?  On the other hand  OR in contrast,  are there elements of who I am that i’m still working on  appreciating?

Oh I appreciate so many of you, so many have touched my life both personally and professionally. I appreciate my dedication, determination, drive, passion, and love for life.   I appreciate my ENERGY and the ability to ignite it under any circumstance. I appreciate my body, one year ago I couldn’t lift a vacuums, my children or put my own pants on because of a lower back injury… I plan to never take my body for granted again….

3. What is one of your most rewarding achievements in 2017? Not only  what makes ME most proud  but also  share the  goals and dreams that you still have.

I am most proud of raising kind children and hope they continue on that path of kindness. I’m proud of the communication I’ve built with my husband, far from perfect, but the best yet. I’m eager to reach my 2018 goals of publishing my next book, hosting more empowering workshops, start the process of building a home and making it to VEGAS with my hubby 🙂
