THEN, kick it to the curb.

Release Fear

I went live in my private “Discover your Power & Ignite Your Life” group this week. I know this video is long, but I truly believe it will inspire many of you when it comes to FEARS.

I coached all week for free and we started Tuesday with setting Intentions & Goals. Then Wednesday, we discussed how to IGNITE those 2019 goals. How do get them rocking and rolling.

Then today, I shared how we must accept fear and then learn how to release it.

It’s about 18 minutes, but I promise, it’s good. Grab a pen and paper–or comment below and I’d love to support you now and through the weekend ignite your goals and face the fears you may have.

Fear of failing
Fear of commitment
Fear of judgement
Fear of not having money
Fear of not being capable
Fear of past habits/patterns

etc.

You can thrive through fear!
