What are you thinking??
Your thoughts will determine your results, my friend. Research has shown that 90% of our thinking is repetitive. Crazy huh? I believe it. I can remember my old thought patterns haunting me throughout the days.
Susan, you’re not smart enough
Susan, how’d did you get so out of shape?
Susan, how did you create so much debt.
Susan, how did you fail
Susan, how can you not be happy
Susan, why did you pick another loser to date.
Oh and so much more, just writing those statements I can see how I was so STUCK.
So how did I get out of the cycle and how can you?
Do you know what shifted for me? I’ve made my mind and thoughts a game—part of my “Get All A’s in the Game of Life” motto.
Just like in life, I’m a watcher and a listener. I know to watch, monitor and stay aware of my mind/thoughts patterns and triggers. I observe my thoughts, question them and challenge them.
I started to pay attention to all of the stories, excuses, and lies I was telling myself. (and still, do at times)
I have no money
I have no time
I have no love
I have no support
I have no trust
I have no career
I have no idea where to start
I’m not worthy
I don’t deserve what I want
Blah, blah, and more blah vomiting out of my mouth. When I started to implement more awareness for my thought and mindset practice, AKA INNER GAME, results started to shift in my favor.
With those results, my thoughts and statements are NOW:
💛I have money
💛I have plenty of time, everybody has the same amount of time, learn to make the most of your hours
💛It’s possible
💛I have plenty of support
💛I absolutely have trust in my life. My family and friends have always been there for me
💛I have a career, I have created my career. 12 years ago, I was a new entrepreneur and struggled with consistent belief in my choices, my identity, and my capabilities.
After practice, learning, and implementing, I evolved, as most do, and you will too. So, I encourage you to wake up and pay more attention to the stories and excuses you are created.
Go over the repetitive thoughts and action that you’ve been thinking and taking.
