3 Ways to Instantly Gain More Energy

I started by asking this question…

Are you experiencing any levels of stress, frustration, anger, anxiety, fear, insecurity, or even carrying any sadness?

How about any internal resistance where you’re trying to achieve something, but not enjoying the process?

I expanded on the below bullets that you can implement right away to experience more energy within your life: 

Let Go: 

Certain emotions, dramas, and resistance are a surefire way to have your energy sucked dry. 

Find a Passion Project: 

When I hit rock bottom, the way out for me was finding passion projects. 

Ignite with the Rainbow: 

I share what the rainbow is and some specific foods to help boost and maintain your energy levels. Whether you like it or not, nutrition is your medicine. 

Be Social: 

Being in the season of #Momlife, dropping my kids off, picking them up, and with a husband who travels, I’ve got to stay close to home for emergencies and I miss my NJ people, LOL. Socializing and community are proven to keep your energy and happiness high.

Bonus Exercise: 

I share a new technique from my physical therapist that all of you can benefit from. It will bring you peace, relax your muscles and make room for energy.

I also gave some exercises on how you can take inventory on who and what is weighing you down and not adding that positive energy you need—and should only want within your life.

What have you accepted within your life, physically and/or mentally? Additionally, what are you still working on accepting? Now, we’re not talking about resignation, rather stepping into, embraced, and owned.

I’ve learned to accept the responsibility that when I say “I can’t, it means I won’t or don’t want.” We can do anything if we REALLY want it. I’m always working on accepting the change of seasons as a mother, wife and business owner.

Appreciation is everything. What have you learned to appreciate about yourself and/or within your life, physically and mentally? On the other hand OR in contrast, are there elements of who you are that you’re still working on appreciating?

I appreciate the digital life and how there is so much opportunity out there for all of us to succeed and grow.
