At the time I’m writing this, we are experiencing a pandemic that has forced many of us to a “working from home” lifestyle.
Transition. Woah, right?
So much inner dialogue is happening right now. Your inner chatter may be asking “when do I wake up now, when do I do laundry, and now I have access to my kitchen 24/7 and TV oh my!”
I think we all can say we’ve officially experienced a BIG transition that forced us out of our comfort zone.
Here’s what I know when we are hit with change…
There is ALWAYS opportunity and growth on the other side of being uncomfortable. I know working from home can be a challenge, but it’s possible to master and feel like a superwoman—starting now.
I’ve figured out so many ways to conquer the working at home over the past 20 years that I’d love to share some with you!
I remember being a graphic designer and working from my hostel bunk bed that I slept on for 2 weeks while living in London.
I’ve worked from airports, college dorms, cars, and bars!
How?
There is a structure I follow, a mindset, and a healthy internal dialogue that supports these efforts and my success.
I invite you to watch this training I provided in my FB group, and if you have any questions, feel free to comment!
