We are entering the 2nd of half of 2020, are you ready to achieve more? Do you think your July will be better than the past 6 months of 2020?
Do you want it to be better?
My past 6 months weren’t all that pretty… but I’m proud of what my family + I have survived and thrived…even cutting and curling my hair, HA!

Rob and I kept it simple and sustainable while saving a shitton through these past transitional months.
We kept our:
Daily Fitness 💪🏻
Morning routine ✅
Balanced nutrition 🥒
Balanced drinking 🍻
We Slept 💤
We worked on our mental health with reading and communication 📚
We laughed
We played
I cried (pretty sure Rob hasn’t lol)
We had many tantrums with the twins—And we had many wins with the twins
As I always say—I share in hopes to be a guide—an example of what CAN be accomplished—that you can stay and feel pretty good through the unknown—and that it can be manageable.
Make the daily effort and BOOM, it’s month 7 of 2020.
Time flies even in quarantine 🤷🏼♀️
So my friend, if you want to start or continue to IGNITE ⚡️YOUR LIFE…
Then take note of when you keep making excuses for why you’re not doing the things you KNOW you need to be doing.
❌Why they won’t work for you
❌Why now is not the right time
❌Why now you have more obstacles
❌Why “so + so” has it better…(comparison game ❌❌)
Well, when you keep telling yourself these things, over and over.
Then you are going to be right.🤷🏼♀️
LIFE is LIFE. We must adapt the best we can so we can achieve.
Summer is NOT The same this year.
It’s not an excuse to “slow down” or say I’ll start in September.
We can’t push our emotional, physical, and career desires aside anymore.
Consistency is “consistency” through all seasons and LIFE. (even if you take 5 minutes a day of consistency—forward steps).
Roll into September, READY for whatever is to come.
🤦🏼♀️Learn from home again, hybrid school year… etc. Who knows what is going to happen. I continue to decide not to wait, not to react, but to be proactive. I’m learning, reading, having conversations, not giving up on my dreams and goals and not giving up on serving others.
👊🏻Be mentally as stable as you can be
👊🏻Be physically ready as you can be
👊🏻Be an even better version of yourself
What you do today + now—will show up for you (good or bad) this September.
