Don’t Accept Your Addiction to Comfort

Become more aware of your addiction to your different levels and areas of comfort.

Addicted to comfort. Oh, so common and I feel like my addictions to comfort creep in from time to time—it’s only human right?

✨Some times I get on a binge of pizza more than 3x a week
✨Some times I have a cocktail too many times in a week—COVID + Homeschool test me for sure!
✨ Sometimes I get too comfortable with the routine and bored and then feel a little depressed.

#tbt to one of my most reposted and shared quotes.

✅Get out of bed when you don’t want to
✅Choose a healthier option for breakfast when you want something not as beneficial
✅ Say your sorry, when you’re ego doesn’t want to
✅ Ask for help if it’s uncomfortable
✅ Ask for that promotion
✅ Start that business
✅ Try something new to re-ignite your energy, passion, claim back your identity and achieve the dang goals and dreams you desire.

✨Get comfortable with the long game, and embrace your game of life.
