What’s your Why? Of course, as a coach, I ask my women this question all the time for a good reason, both from experience and science-backed reasons.
However, I often here many women say “My “why” isn’t strong enough” or “it’s not as good as so and so..”
Enough.
I encourage first celebrate that you even have a “WHY”. That’s a win! Next, who the heck is in charge of whether or not YOUR “WHY” is good enough, strong enough, or worthy enough?
YOU ARE.
It’s all on you.
It doesn’t matter what anybody else thinks, just you. So if you are making those statements, then your thoughts are all disoriented and you need flip that switch and say. ” I have a why, am I committed to this?” “Can I be committed to this?”. And only you can answer that and built that self-trust and self-commitment, my friend.
Make sense? I’d love for you to share your why in the comments and any thoughts you have with it.
