How This Woman lost 20 lbs Physically, but More Importantly Mentally too

There’s one thing we often forget while we are on our journey of achieving.

Have you made such an effort towards a goal to then only to hit a wall? I know as a Mompreneur this happens often in my MomLife + BizLife. There is nothing more rewarding than helping women get over that hump of that particular mindset block or obstacle. 

My one client has overcome so much over the last 20+ weeks. She’s lost over 20lbs, she’s built many new consistent habits, and she’s learned how to eat ALL the food groups to best serve her mind, body, soul, energy, and sleep. She’s not only lost 20 lbs physically, she’s lost 20 lbs in wasted #thoughtdrama, wasted energy, and excuses.

There’s one thing we often forget while we are on our journey of achieving.  
It’s that we will hit walls, we will plateau, we will struggle and we will need to adapt and adjust.

I love these moments because we get to stretch and grow when we choose to face the plateaus, walls, or obstacles, right?


So my client and I spoke and discussed if anything was different than the normal routine in why she hasn’t dropped any more weight as she has been. Side note: With specific health goals, this is NORMAL—there are many variables to kind of plateau, which I’m educated on as well, but that number here isn’t the main focus.

We discussed patterns, thoughts, and actions—and there was one particular action that was changed in her routine. So our first step was to change that one thing back for 5 days to track.

Well, we checked in and she dropped another 6lbs in 5 days!

NOW, there is NO healthy quick-fix. This woman has been on a journey and has laid the foundation for her MINDSET in order to ACHIEVE. She’s overcome obstacles, created more belief in herself and the process, and she understands even more about what drives her actions and results.

She’s succeeding because of the wins she’s developed in her thoughts, mindset, habits, and consistency. Over the past several weeks she’s not only lost weight, but has gained so much like consistency, balance, energy, focus, clarity, increase in sales for her side business, communication on raises in her current job, and she’s reaching another goal of moving to another home with a yard for her dog.

I asked Emma what were some of her thoughts and motivators and here’s what she said,

“I’d say my results are the biggest motivator for me! Both with sales and losing weight/toning. What got me started is that I knew I deserved to love and own every part of my body. I had tried to do it on my own but lacked the accountability and support—that I now gratefully receive from your Mindset + Achieve program. For my Color Street business, I was looking for supplemental income and was inspired by the success my friends experienced with it, and now experiencing the success myself.”
