I just LOVE this. I love ALERT.

A challenged world is an alert world. And what immediately comes to my mind are all the ALERT women who I know, like, love, learn from, and trust.

Combined, myself and these ALERT women are creating challenges for others. We are inspiring and alerting and that is always important to celebrate, right?

I’m extremely humbled and proud to be a woman who supports equality and strives to uplift, empower and energize more and more so that our world can continue to be challenged and stretched. In my world, I teach my signature “Get All A’s™ “ where the first A in your A-Game is all about Self-Acceptance.

Do you know what self-acceptance requires? ALERTNESS + AWARENESS.

Then we are able to run the world as Beyonce says. . We all must accept our own responsibility for growth, to speak up, to create our very own change as a woman, but also support change in the world—which we do by changing and challenging ourselves because that will always impact those around us. Makes sense?

I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge all the women who keep me alert!
