You can start your day by ensuring your skin is protected from the harsh sun rays. Whether you wear a hat or good sunscreen, protect your face first. While on the one hand, it’s important to get enough Vitamin D from the sun’s rays, it’s also important to protect your skin.
At the end of the day, think about cleansing and rejuvenating. A good wash with a gentle cleanser and an exfoliating facecloth is the perfect way to start. Then add in an overnight cream to help your cells regenerate. You’ll also want to protect your eyes. You can easily do that with a pair of women’s designer sunglasses.
Focus on Finding Clothes That Fit
Most everyone would say they could stand to lose 10-15 pounds. While it might be a lofty goal, it’s also important to look and feel good where you are now. Don’t wait until you’re the perfect size to invest in clothes that fit you well. Find outfits that make you feel confident and beautiful in your skin.

When you want to look and feel your best, it’s as much of an internal work as it is an external. Yes, you want better sleep habits and a good skincare routine. But you also need to love yourself where you’re at.
Pick clothes that you love and fit you well and focus on doing something fun every once in a while. You’ll be amazed that all these things work together to help you look and feel amazing.
