The Mompreneur, Morning Madness

The Mompreneur, Morning Madness
I’ve experienced imposter syndrome and so has pretty much every Mompreneur going after what she wants.

These are the moments I’m reminded to soak in and appreciate.

I know you may be feeling frustrated with all that you have to do as a Mompreneur and the morning madness is real and I so get it.

I received a flashing red visual this AM and would love to share it with you.

For my family, it’s the 3rd week of our “next season” in life. The twins are in school and Rob’s soccer teams (men and women, D2) have had several games. I’ve been managing this #wifeofacoach life for over a decade and it truly has become easier for several reasons.

This morning I felt so calm and in a groove. I had this rush of feeling so accomplished. I know we Mompreneurs LOVE the feeling of being accomplished. It’s one of our motivators, right? I saw a flashing sign saying “Appreciate this Moment”.

HA. I giggled as I poured my coffee. I made lunches, charged the kid’s laptops for school, made them homemade pancakes, made coffee for Rob and me, cleaned up the sink, worked, worked out, and wrote this message for you.

These are the moments I’m reminded to soak in and appreciate. In the past, I could easily get caught up in my adult tantrum of all that “I have” to do.

The Morning Madness

The lunches, breakfast, etc., and sometimes I get in a mood over it, but this AM was a great reminder. I’m so appreciative of my flexibility and how organized and quickly I can get all this sh*t done in the AM.

I’m feeling accomplished and appreciate this moment every time I’m aware and willing to receive it. I know you may be feeling frustrated with all that you have to do as a Mompreneur, I get it. I’d like to offer a new thought for when you feel this way.

Think about how capable you are, think about how lucky your kids are to have you as their Mom, think about how what you do impacts their day.

Don’t think about all you have to do and that it’s not fair.

Think about how lucky they are to have you get their day started right and the other best piece of advice is to include some of your own “me time” in the AM before doing all the things to get everybody out the door.

Allow me to help you. Book a consult call HERE.
