What if they find out? What if everyone discovers that I don’t belong? What if the truth about who I am comes out? What if they laugh? Make fun of me and mock me?
If you’ve ever felt this way, it sounds like you may have experienced some imposter syndrome.
Fact.
I’ve experienced imposter syndrome and so has pretty much every Mompreneur going after what she wants.
Do you also question:
Am I able to achieve my dreams?
Am I qualified?
Am I good enough?
Am I worth it?
Am I smart enough
If so, I’ve got two steps for you to practice and squash your imposter syndrome.
- Don’t wait, create by taking 1-2 steps towards your goal. Taking actionable steps will start to build your inner belief and confidence. If you don’t, you stay in imposter syndrome with no results in sight.
- Instead of thinking about what other people will think and say, reframe your brain by envisioning all the greatness out of what you’re about to achieve.
Practice these two steps over and over and you’ll definitely minimize the imposter syndrome from visiting and holding you back.
