The question is, which one will you lean into: Success OR Discouragement?

This is your permission to Be Human! You can act and be human while being successful, my friend.

Success or Discouragement???

I have had many cries with my coaches because sometimes I need a moment to be human, to be a woman that wants a space and somebody to listen and process what may be happening in my brain.

Leaders have moments of discouragement and disappointment too. I’m human and plan to always act like a human.

But, at the CORE OF MY GUT and MY BELIEF—is still “I’ll get there, I’m here, I’ve got this, and I’m not quitting”, which I haven’t for 13 years as an entrepreneur.

“Discouragement and success can be happening at the same time.” —SV

The question is, which one will you lean into: Success OR Discouragement?

GUESS WHAT?
