Choosing an intentional word or phrase is the New Year thing to do—every year. Are you one of those playing by all the New Year rules to get off to an epic start?
People set intentions personally and professionally as they ring in the New Year, solo, but this year, my husband and I went wild and chose a word together. Yes, we are living and setting goals dangerously.
Why My Husband and I Intentionally Chose our 2022 Word as a Team
We decided to strengthen what has been working for us and actually, our 2022 word is quite the opposite of dangerous. Our intentional word brings peace and calmness as we gear up for a year to conquer together.
I honestly feel a little silly that this is our first year of 7 years, married that we’re choosing together. As they say, it’s never too late, right?
Our intentional 2022 word is “continue”
So dangerous, right?
We want to continue to communicate what we want, need, and our frustrations. This is one thing I’ve always been working on alone, but it’s time to strengthen this even more.
Our other desires are to continue to raise kind kids who have manners, love life, and try hard.
Our work “continue” is all about family.
To be frank, it works for my business goals too, ha!

I also choose to embrace this word with the continuation of serving my Mindset + Achieve™ clients and continue to share my signature A-game formula and approach for the game of Mompreneur life.
To continue to be my authentic self, a badass mother and confident woman with even less guilt and comparison to last year
Lastly, my husband Rob and I plan to continue our self-care goals that include; fitness, nutrition, and family adventures.
