Are you ready to learn the magic moment that defines your MomLife + BizLife transformation? It’s 1:30 in the afternoon, you’ve decided to fit in daily self-care, you missed your morning workout, and don’t have to pick up your kids for another hour or so.
You know in the middle of your house and in a quick scan, you see laundry, dishes, and toys all over.
You know you could write emails, post on social, and do other distracting business “tasks”. The truth is, you want to avoid the discomfort of moving your mind and body when you feel overwhelmed with the MomLife + BizLife screaming at you.
So how do you typically respond?
What do you typically choose at that moment?
Do you squeeze in self-care or throw it on the back burner?
At that moment, you either experience a breakthrough by disrupting your current habit of putting it on the back burner; OR you stay stuck with the same old unsupportive behavior/pattern, which won’t give you the results you want.
You have to be able to hear all the excuses and your brain’s negotiations. You must develop the skill to fit your self-care in WITH those excuses and “tasks” screaming at you.
It’s that very defining moment that IS the transformation and breakthrough changing your life and results.
When you make the commitment to be a priority alongside your kids and biz and to be seen and heard, you will expose yourself to more obstacles, doubt, inner judgment, and failures. That’s a good thing.
What if you could fit in your self-care even if it’s a beautiful 10-minute walk? Heck, You can do push-ups and planks wearing anything or nothing, Ha!
Make the choice to say “ I have 10, 20 minutes to fit in self-care” imperfectly, however I can.
Develop the ability to override confusion, overwhelm, and self-doubt. When you do so, you keep your commitment and strengthen self-trust.
This still happens to me all the time, I’m not immune to it. I have doubts when I’m writing, teaching, and making “Mom” decisions.
However, I know I can be an imperfect person and still be an amazing Woman, Wife, Mom, and Mindset Coach.
You can too. You can be an amazing Human, Mother, and Entrepreneur.
It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

I know juggling motherhood and running a business can be a challenging task.

There is a growing body of research that looks at the experiences of working moms and the impact of balancing work and family responsibilities.
Here are a few key findings from research on this topic:
Time management is critical:
Research has shown that effective time management is key to successfully juggling motherhood and a business. You can set clear boundaries between work and family quality time, and find ways to maximize productivity during work hours. When you are able to manage your time effectively, you’re more likely to feel less stress and achieve a work-life balance.
Social support is important:
Having a strong support network is critical for balancing work and family responsibilities. This can include partners, family members, friends, programs with communities, and colleagues. Research has shown that moms who have strong social support are better able to cope with the demands of motherhood and running a business.
Flexibility is key:
One of the biggest challenges of juggling motherhood and a business is the lack of flexibility. However, research has shown that flexibility is critical for mothers who are trying to balance work and family responsibilities. I always teach about being adaptable and adjustable knowing everything will work out.
Commitment and Self-Trust:
As I mentioned above, you must develop the skill to override your inner negotiations and excuses. When you practice consistency when ” you don’t want to” or the laundry or work is screaming at you, that is when you shift your results and transformations.
Overall, while there is no single formula for successfully juggling motherhood and running a business, there are several key strategies that can help.
By effectively managing your time, building support, and finding ways to work flexibly, you can successfully balance the demands of your business and your family life.
