Sometimes we need to be reminded, so here is yours. You are worthy and here are twenty reasons why. I encourage you to create 20 more!

You are worthy

You are unique:

There is no one else like you in the world, with your particular set of experiences, skills, and personality traits.

You have value:

Your worth is not based on your accomplishments, but on the fact that you are a human being with inherent value.

You have potential:

You have the potential to grow, learn, and achieve great things in your life.

You are loved:

There are people in your life who love and care for you, just the way you are.

You make a difference:

Your actions and words can have a positive impact on those around you, whether you realize it or not.

You have survived challenges:

You have faced challenges in your life and have come out stronger and wiser because of them.

You have a purpose:

You are here for a reason and have a unique purpose to fulfill in your life.

You are resilient:

You have the ability to bounce back from setbacks and overcome obstacles.

You are capable:

You have the skills and abilities to accomplish your goals and achieve success.

You have the potential for growth: You can continue to learn, grow, and improve throughout your life.

You are a good person:

You have a kind heart and good intentions, and strive to be a positive influence in the world.

You have talents:

You have unique talents and skills that make you special and can be used to benefit yourself and others.

You have a voice:

Your thoughts and opinions matter, and you have the right to express them.

You have made a difference:

You have made a positive impact on someone’s life, whether you realize it or not.

You have experiences to share:

Your life experiences can help others and make a difference in the world.

You have strengths:

You have strengths and abilities that can be used to overcome challenges and achieve success.

You are resilient:

You have the ability to persevere through tough times and come out stronger on the other side.

You have wisdom:

You have gained wisdom through your life experiences that can be shared with others.

You are worth it:

You are worth all the love, happiness, and success that life has to offer, just as you are.
